POSITION DESCRIPTION

· Responsible for assigned product graphic design, from concept, design, and approval through to product completion

· Collaborate closely with sales and product development to understand business needs, balancing creativity with commercial appeal

· Collaborate with various stakeholders to develop on-brand designs that meet approval requirements

· Prepare files for print and production, ensuring accuracy and quality

· Design packaging, puzzle and game artwork and components, and marketing materials

· Report directly to the Studio Manager as a key part of our in-house creative team

· Minimum 2 year's experience as a Graphic Designer, ideally in a consumer products-based role

· Highly skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

· Sound knowledge of branding principles, dielines, print processes, and packaging requirements

· A solid understanding of print processes, dielines, and packaging requirements

· Creative flair, with the ability to adapt styles and restrictions for licensed brands as well as create unique original concepts

· Excellent time management skills, capable of working well under pressure

· Ability to manage multiple projects at once, shifting seamlessly between tasks based on changing priorities

· Strong communication skills, with the ability to work as a team player
