Are you passionate about helping students succeed? We’re seeking a caring, detail-oriented Course Support & Assessment Officer to join our team. About us

We are a long-established Registered Training Organisation (RTO) with over 20 years’ experience delivering online courses in business and healthcare administration. Our focus is practical, job-ready skills and strong learner support.

What you’ll do

• Mark and monitor assessments in our Learning Management System (LMS)
• Provide timely, constructive feedback to students
• Respond to enquiries via email, phone and Zoom
• Clarify assessment requirements and expectations
• Support students to use Clinic to Cloud (training provided)
• Maintain accurate records and escalate concerns when needed
• Provide administrative support to the RTO and Training Manager
• Contribute to improving learning and assessment resources
• Participate in validation and moderation activities
• Stay current with VET standards and industry developments

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you have:
• Experience using a Learning Management System (desirable but not essential)
• Qualifications in Business, Practice Management, or Health Administration
• At least 3 years of recent, relevant industry experience and an understanding of current industry practices
• TAE40122, TAE40116, or an Assessor Skill Set, or a willingness to obtain one
• Experience in student support or assessment marking (preferred but not required)
• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work well as part of a team and show initiative when working independently
• A friendly, down-to-earth, and professional approach to your work
