About the role

Always Education is seeking a passionate and experienced Primary Tutor to join our team in Warilla, NSW. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to balance work and personal commitments.

What you'll be doing

Providing one-on-one and small group tutoring to primary school students in core subjects such as English, and Mathematics

Designing and delivering engaging, tailored lesson plans to support students' academic growth and development

Assessing students' progress and providing regular feedback to parents and the school

Collaborating with teachers and parents to identify and address students' individual learning needs

Maintaining detailed records of student progress and lesson plans

What we're looking for

A Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field

Minimum 5 years' experience as a primary school teacher or tutor

Strong subject knowledge and teaching expertise in core primary school subjects

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students

Passion for education and a commitment to helping students reach their full potential

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to tailor your approach to individual student needs

Current Working With Children Check or equivalent
