Stockfeed and Garden Retail Employee

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist customers with product selection and provide knowledgeable advice about garden products, stockfeed and related products.

- Maintain a clean and organized retail environment, ensuring that shelves are stocked, labeled, and visually appealing.

- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.

- Handle inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking for damages, and restocking shelves.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.

- Participate in promotional events and product demonstrations to enhance customer engagement and sales.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

- Knowledge of garden products stockfeed products is a plus; however, we will train the right candidate.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.

- Ability to lift heavy bags of feed and perform physical tasks as needed.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required.

- Forklift license is a plus, or the willingness to be trained is a must.
