About the Role

This is a full-time role with the opportunity to be a leading hand. 7:00am–3:30pm weekdays, with optional overtime on weekends working in a small, experienced team on high-end new builds and quality renovations, all in the central metro area (no long drives to site).

A typical day might include:

Ceiling frame, cutting and pitching roof

Stud framing and cladding

Reading and working from plans with accuracy

Renovating or extending existing roof structures

Collaborating on-site with a small, respectful team

Solving problems and delivering clean, high-quality finishes

Representing the business with pride on homes worth $1M+

What You’ll Bring

Trade qualification in Carpentry

5–10 years’ experience, including stick roofing

Strong knowledge of WA building standards

Experience on new builds and renovations

Able to work independently and think ahead on-site

Great attitude, strong work ethic, and safety awareness

White Card and driver’s licence required
