Contract - Full Time Hours

Due to ongoing growth and diversification, this leader in the Colorbond and feature fence space is seeking to expand by adding two more teams. We have been operating in this market since 2011 and is regarded as offering the best combination of quality installs, price, and service in our industry.

We exclusively work on large scale new commercial, civil and industrial projects across WA.

We work from our new industrial facility in Bayswater, which is located perfectly central to all operations north and south. Pickup is from this facility which is available 24/7.

IMMEDIATE START AVALABLE. Fence Corporation may provide start up support to the right contractors, which may include a work vehicle and trailer.

Our processes and systems are efficient, very well organized, and staff receive and follow clear installation procedures. This makes you, the installer much more efficient allowing you to focus on the install, rather than problem solving.

We are looking for motivated tradesmen or teams who are fit and reliable. You can work unsupervised, and you want long-term opportunities with great earning potential. Knowledge of fencing is beneficial, although work ethic, attitude and general handyman skills are more important. Great health is also paramount as this role involves physical labour. We will provide all the training and support needed to install using our methods.

To be successful in this role, you will possess the following skills:

A willingness to learn and develop your skillset. If you think you know it all and do not want to fully adapt and follow our proven methods, then this opportunity is not for you.

Good technical skills and previous hand tool experience (ESSENTIAL)

Australian C Class license (ESSENTIAL)

Experience in towing a trailer (ESSENTIAL)

The ability to read and follow plans; must be able to learn the variables of the scope of works quickly

The ability to work effectively without supervision

A reliable, punctual and hardworking individual who is looking for a long-term opportunity
