We’re WA Shower Screens & Mirrors, a respected Perth-based business installing high-quality semi-frameless shower screens and mirrors across the metro area. We’re growing and we’re looking for an experienced shower screen installer or glazier who’s ready for a better way to work.

$90,000 – $100,000 total package (base salary + monthly bonuses)

Fully maintained company van – take it home

Monday to Friday, Perth metro only – no regional travel or weekends

The Role

You’ll be responsible for the full install process, from measuring and manufacturing, to booking and completing the job with the client. This gives you more control over your schedule, better outcomes for the customer, and real satisfaction in your work.

You won’t be micromanaged. We’ll trust you to deliver quality work, communicate well, and manage your time professionally. You’ll also have the backing of a supportive team that understands life on-site, we’re here when you need us.

What You’ll Need

Experience installing shower screens and mirrors (semi-frameless preferred)

Confidence in measuring, manufacturing, and fitting independently

Manual WA driver’s licence

White Card

Your own tools

Reliability, great presentation, and pride in your work
