Your Role:

We’re excited to welcome you to our team! Your role is essential in delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring our commuters enjoy a safe and pleasant journey.

You'll make a significant impact by:

• Greeting and assisting customers.
• Ensuring safety through vehicle inspections and adherence to NSW traffic regulations.
• Managing passenger ticketing and OPAL validation.
• Working closely with the service delivery team to ensure safe and on-time services.
• Adhering to allocated monthly roster to avoid cancellation of services.

About You:

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Have great customer service skills.
• Are safety conscious with a good driving record.
• Possess strong English literacy skills (verbal and written).
• Hold a valid full Australian driver's license with a safe driving history.
• Are willing to undergo background checks (driving history, medical, criminal, work rights, work references).
• Have or are willing to obtain a Working With Children Check.
• Have or are willing to obtain a NSW Bus Driver Authority Card (we’ll help).
• Are reliable and available to work shifts five days a week, from Mon - Sat.
• Have full time Australian working rights.
• Live within a reasonable distance to our depots.
