The Bright Resort has a fantastic casual position available.

If you are a pleasant, mature person with attention to detail the role of Resort Assistant is for you.

The resort comprises of 34 villas and does weeklong stays for guests and members.

The role will incorporate Office admin and Guest activities.

Casual position of approx 15 hrs per week. Additional hours also available via housekeeping if wanted.

Admin role includes:

• Manage arrivals, check ins, departures and checking out of guests to a high degree of accuracy and with a professional approach.
• Maintaining guest accounts to a high degree of accuracy and with a professional approach.
• Assist with key delivery to guests and provide local area knowledge as requested.
• Assisting with guest enquiries face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
• General tidying and ensuring cleanliness of reception area.
• Entering and payment of invoices.
• Daily administration tasks set out in the office procedure.
• Coverage of managers leave.

Activities role includes:

• Help in developing and running holiday activities for children during the school holidays and guests in non-peak times.
• Updating activities list weekly
• Booking guests into activities.

The right candidate must be available

• Sunday 8am till 12pm
• Monday 9am till 5pm
• Tuesday 8:30am till 12:30pm
• Including school holidays and public holidays, although there is flexibility.
