HFC Rail Pty Ltd is a dynamic, trusted railway infrastructure company based in Revesby, NSW. We deliver high-quality trackwork and rail solutions for major projects across Australia, with a strong focus on safety, innovation, and client satisfaction.

Currently, we are proud to be part of the Sydney Metro – Western Sydney Airport Project:

Building 23 km of twin-track slab lines, ballasted tracks, and complex turnout systems.

Contributing to Australia’s largest public transport program and shaping the future of Sydney’s rail network.

We are Looking For:

General Labourers, Skilled Track Labourers, TMO Operators, Spotters, Dogman Etc

Must hold a current Rail Industry Worker (RIW) Card

Previous experience in trackwork, rail maintenance or construction highly regarded

Competent in safe use of hand tools and basic site equipment

Flexible and adaptable to varying job scopes and site conditions

Rail Welders

Current RIW Card and Metal Trades Recognition (MTA) Card

Valid Construction Induction (White Card)

Driver’s licence required (truck licence highly advantageous)

Certified Rail Welder (Railtech or Thermit) with proven aluminothermic or power-welding expertise

Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality welds under pressure

Leading Hands

Extensive experience in rail infrastructure projects and crew supervision

RIW Card plus relevant track-supervision qualifications

Deep understanding of safety procedures and fatigue-management practices

Strong leadership skills with a track record of organising, motivating and mentoring teams

Unwavering commitment to workplace health, safety, and compliance

Ability to clear pre-employment screening, including drug and alcohol testing

Willingness to travel and work away from home as project demands

Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills
