As Spotless Interiors continues to grow, we’re looking for Cleaning Technicians who take pride in their work, value attention to detail, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

As a Cleaning Technician, you’ll be the heart of our service — transforming homes into clean, calm environments that our clients love. You’ll work independently or as part of a small team, following checklists, maintaining high standards, and respecting the trust our clients place in us.

This is more than just a cleaning job — it’s a chance to build a long-term role within a supportive, growing business. For the right team members, there is clear opportunity to progress into senior roles, such as Lead Cleaner, Team Leader or Management Roles.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality general cleaning and spring/deep cleaning in private homes/ Commercial spaces.

Follow cleaning checklists and client preferences with consistency and care.

Maintain a high level of attention to detail and pride in your work.

Ensure homes are left clean, calm, and visually beautiful (think final touches!).

Use eco-friendly products and cleaning methods, in line with company values.

Communicate professionally with clients if needed and represent the brand positively.

Maintain equipment and supplies, and report any issues or stock needs.

All cleaning supplies must be maintained to a high standard of hygiene. Microfibre cloths, sponges, and other reusable tools are to be washed daily to prevent cross-contamination and ensure a safe, sanitary service for every client.

Uphold discretion, privacy, and respect in every home you enter.

✅ What We’re Looking For

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience (preferred but not essential).

A great eye for detail and a love for tidy, organised spaces.

Reliability, time management, and the ability to work efficiently without cutting corners.

Friendly, respectful, and professional attitude.

Physically fit and comfortable being on your feet and active throughout the day.

A current driver’s license and your own reliable transport.

Police check or willingness to obtain one.
