About Us:

We are currently seeking someone to join our team in the packaging area. This job is for a afternoon/night shift, 4 days per week, 10hr days.

Training will commence on day shift until the understanding of the job is established. From there it will migrate over.

Position Overview: As a Packaging and Quality Control Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that finished 4x4 parts meet our high-quality standards before they are packaged and shipped to customers. Your role will involve inspecting products for defects, conducting quality checks, and preparing parts for safe and secure shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality checks on finished 4x4 parts to ensure they meet company standards and specifications.

Inspect parts for any defects, damages, or inconsistencies before packaging.

Ensure that all products are properly wrapped, labeled, and prepared for shipment.

Follow packaging guidelines to secure parts and prevent damage during transportation.

Maintain accurate records of quality checks and packaging activities.

Collaborate with production and warehouse teams to ensure efficient workflows.

Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor promptly.

Adhere to safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in packaging, quality control, or a similar role is an advantage.

Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for identifying product defects.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Basic knowledge of safety procedures and handling protocols.

Physical stamina to handle manual tasks, including lifting and packaging parts.
