Proven Performance Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Senior BMW Technician to join our team and take on a leadership role within our workshop. We are a specialist performance business working exclusively with late-model BMWs, with a strong focus on F & G Series platforms and high-performance builds.

About the Role

This is a senior position reporting directly to the business directors. You will be our lead technician, responsible for managing complex diagnostic work, performance upgrades, and engine builds, while ensuring the highest standards of workmanship across the workshop.

We need someone who can work autonomously, take ownership of projects, and contribute directly to the success and growth of the business. For the right applicant, there is a genuine opportunity for a future business partnership.

Key Responsibilities

Lead all technical work on BMW F & G Series vehicles – diagnostics, servicing, coding, repairs, and upgrades.

Carry out complete engine and dirvetrain removal and reassambly projects to a high standard.

Work independently and manage jobs from start to finish.

Mentor junior staff and uphold workshop standards.

Liaise with the directors on workflow, quality control, and technical direction.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced – Minimum 5 years working with European vehicles, with proven expertise on BMW F & G Series.

Qualified – Trade certified mechanic/technician.

Autonomous – Capable of managing your own workflow without supervision.

Engine Build Focused – Previous engine building experience is highly desirable.
