• Head of Tax – Global Scope

TalentWeb is recruiting an exclusive Head of Tax role for a highly successful business with significant international operations and ongoing growth plans. Reporting to the CFO and managing the in-house Tax Manager, you’ll lead the Group’s tax function globally, with a particular focus on international tax, R&D, and transfer pricing.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll set the strategic direction for tax, manage key advisor relationships across multiple jurisdictions, and ensure the business has a robust governance framework in place. You’ll also identify opportunities to streamline processes and bring elements of compliance in-house.
In this role, you will:

• Lead tax strategy, compliance, and advisory across all jurisdictions
• Oversee global indirect tax and international tax obligations
• Manage annual R&D tax incentive claims
• Drive transfer pricing compliance and documentation
• Advise on tax implications for M&A transactions and structuring
• Build and manage relationships with global tax advisors

What we’re looking for:

• CA/CPA (or equivalent) with 10+ years’ tax experience in Big4, MNC, or both
• Broad technical expertise across direct, indirect, and international tax
• Strong transfer pricing knowledge and R&D tax experience
• Confident leader with a hands-on approach and commercial mindset
