About the Role
Reporting into a highly supportive Payroll Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing while exercising excellent time management and customer service skills within a medium-sized team.

Duties

Perform end-to-end payroll

Process leave calculations, including long service, maternity, and parental leave

Interpret complex EBA's and Awards

Deliver strong customer service to the highest level

Provide clear and supportive communication to internal & external stakeholders

Respond to payroll-related queries and manage the payroll query inbox

Skills and Experience

Previous experience in a similar role and level

Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards

Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service

Proven ability to build effective partnerships and proactively find solutions and efficiencies in processes

Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Ability to work well within a team environment
