Based on Brisbane’s Southside, All So Cool Ltd is expanding and we’re on the lookout for an experienced and reliable Refrigeration Install Technician to join our team servicing Southeast Queensland.

About the Role
In this hands-on role, you’ll work on commercial refrigeration installation projects across various sites. Your day-to-day will include:
Installing commercial refrigeration systems with a high level of workmanship
Working independently and as part of a team
Following all safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
Reliable, punctual, and has a strong work ethic
Experienced in commercial refrigeration installations
Comfortable working on construction sites (construction experience advantageous)
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality outcomes
Able to communicate clearly team members
A team player who can also work independently
Eager to grow, learn, and contribute to our positive team culture
To Be Considered, You’ll Need:
Certificate III in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
Full Refrigerant Handling Licence
QLD Restricted Electrical license
Manual Driver’s Licence
Current CPR/LVR Certificate
Construction White Card
QBCC Licence
Full working rights in Australia (permanent full-time)
(Bonus if you hold an EWP ticket!)
