Box Aesthetic is a clinician-led skin clinic in Perth focused on safe, evidence-based care and exceptional patient experiences. We’re a small, supportive team who value professionalism, learning and warm, thoughtful service.

The role

We’re looking for an experienced Dermal Therapist to deliver advanced skin consultations and treatments (peels, LED, needling, laser/light & RF modalities), build long-term patient relationships, and contribute to a calm, high-standards clinic culture. Hours include 2–3 shifts/week, with one evening and Saturdays. (We can flex the roster for the right person.)

What you’ll do

• Conduct thorough skin assessments and create bespoke treatment plans.

• Perform advanced treatments (e.g., chemical peels, skin needling, LED, IPL/laser rejuvenation & hair reduction, RF skin tightening) within scope and protocols.

• Educate patients on home care and rebooking cadence; meet reasonable retail & rebooking KPIs.

• Maintain impeccable infection prevention, treatment documentation and device room readiness.

• Collaborate closely with nurses and the clinic coordinator to ensure seamless patient journeys.

What you’ll bring (Qualifications & experience)

• Minimum SHB50121 Diploma of Beauty Therapy (or higher: Bachelor of Dermal Sciences / Grad Dip Dermal Science).

• HLTINF005 Maintain infection prevention for skin penetration treatments (or willingness to complete).

• WA Class 3B/4 Laser use licence (or eligibility to obtain under the WA Radiological Council framework) and a recognised Laser Safety certificate. (Note: this is desirable but not essential as long as willing to complete)

• 2+ years’ clinical experience in a skin/medispa setting with strong consultation and product knowledge; experience with HydraFacial/dermaplaning/IPL/RF highly regarded.

• Excellent patient communication, treatment planning and time-management; comfortable working both independently and in a close team.
