About the Opportunity
As a Clinical Midwifery Educator (CME) at MLHD, you will be instrumental in the development and career success of the midwifery team. You will be the go-to expert for midwifery education, providing engaging evidence-based programs and support to enhance clinical knowledge and skills. As a midwifery educator, reap the benefits of your patient, tailored approach to education—ensuring that all nursing and midwifery staff can confidently apply their learning to clinical practice and provide safe, high-quality healthcare.
As the CME, you will:
- Focus on supporting and educating other midwives, students and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Deliver comprehensive care to women throughout their pregnancy, labour, birth, and the postpartum period.
- Engage in continuous quality improvement activities and contribute to a culture of safety and learning.
