Glenorie Preschool is seeking a Part-Time Early Childhood Teacher to join our dedicated team. Glenorie Preschool is a not-for-profit, community-run service, nestled in the beautiful small country town of Glenorie. We’ve proudly served our local community for over 40 years, with strong ties to local families, schools, and organisations.

Located just a 10-minute drive from Dural and 15 minutes from Castle Hill, we are easily accessible with regular public transport options available. Our preschool offers a warm, inclusive, and nurturing environment where children are at the centre of everything we do.

The Role:

This is a part-time role with school-friendly hours, designed to support work-life balance. You’ll work as part of a collaborative, supportive team to plan and deliver a play-based, child-led curriculum in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).

Your responsibilities will include:

Designing and delivering high-quality educational programs

Supporting children’s learning, wellbeing, and development

Building strong partnerships with families

Working closely with other educators and leadership

Ensuring compliance with NQF, regulations, and service policies

Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring learning space

About You:

Hold (or be working toward) an ACECQA-approved Early Childhood Teaching qualification

Current WWCC and First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis certification

A passion for play-based learning and child development

Sound understanding of EYLF, NQS, and current regulations

Strong communication and teamwork skills

A genuine commitment to child safety and inclusive education
