We are seeking a dedicated Hydraulic Assembly Specialist to join our team to help us maintain our standard of excellence and assist with the growing demand for our products.

Job Summary:

The successful Hydraulic Cylinder Assembler will join an existing team and assist with the preparation, assembly, and testing of hydraulic cylinders and rotary actuators. This role requires an understanding or interest in hydraulic systems, hands-on experience with machining and assembly processes, and a strong commitment to safety and quality.

Due to the specialized nature of our craft, training, guidance, and mentoring will be provided on an ongoing basis. All required tools will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Picking, cleaning, and preparing hydraulic components for assembly.

Pipe bending and fitting.

Conducting hydraulic testing.

Collaborating effectively in a team environment.

Building products to meet preset production schedules.

Reading and understanding assembly drawings and instructions.

Adhering to all safety protocols and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

A forklift license is preferred but not essential.

Beneficial experience:

· Experience: Exposure to or experience in hydraulic cylinder manufacturing or a similar role. Mechanical Fitter/Turner or Hydraulic Maintenance experience is desirable.

· Skills: Experience working in a production-based environment involving hydraulic systems and components.

· Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow clear instructions.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

· Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

The position is carried out at our factories in Acacia Ridge. Our normal working hours are:

Day shift Afternoon shift

7am to 3.30pm Monday to Thursday 3.30pm to 12 midnight Monday to Thursday

7am to 12.20pm on Fridays 12.20pm to 5.40pm Fridays
