Mint Airconditioning & Refrigeration is a trusted name in residential HVAC across Canberra. With a growing volume of new builds and retrofit installations, we’re looking for a skilled and reliable Residential Ducted Installer to join our expanding team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for the full installation of ducted reverse-cycle and split systems in residential properties. Your day-to-day will include:

Installing refrigeration pipework, ducting, and interconnect wiring

Setting up smart zoning systems (e.g. AirTouch 5) and controllers

Reading and working from plans and specifications

Delivering clean, compliant, and high-quality installations

Liaising professionally with builders, supervisors, and clients

What You’ll Need

Experience in residential ducted air conditioning installation

ARCTick licence

White Card and driver’s licence

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and in a Team

A professional, team-focused attitude
