About the role

Iceworld Olympic Ice Rink is seeking experienced Supervisors to join our dynamic team in Brisbane. As a Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our state-of-the-art ice rink, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for our customers. This is a casual position, offering flexibility to fit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of our rink staff with managers to ensure the smooth running of the ice rink

Monitor and maintain high standards of customer service, safety, and cleanliness throughout the ice rink

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any questions or concerns that arise

Assist with the planning and execution of special events and programs at the ice rink

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and operational policies and procedures

Contribute to the continuous improvement of our ice rink operations

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality or recreation industry

Strong customer service orientation and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making, with a keen eye for detail

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays on a rotating roster
