Concordia Lutheran College is seeking enthusiastic and caring individuals to join our Boarding community in a Residential Tutor role, commencing 2026.

As a Residential Tutor, you’ll play a key part in the daily life of our boarding students — providing supervision, mentorship, and guidance to support their academic, social, and emotional wellbeing. This is a casual position, ideal for university students, or professionals seeking meaningful work in a supportive, values-driven environment.

Optional on-site accommodation available for the right candidate.

What We’re Looking For

Energetic, empathetic, and reliable

Able to connect with young people and model positive behaviours

Committed to child safety and College values

Willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Current (or willingness to obtain): Blue Card (Working with Children Check), First Aid & CPR

A current full driver’s licence is highly desirable
