About the Role:

Design and deliver effective tutoring sessions to small groups (Prep to Year 12).

Create tailored lessons that address individual student needs.

Help students achieve their goals by filling gaps in their knowledge and skills.

Monitor and report on student progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.

Communicate professionally with parents about their child’s progress and build strong relationships.

About You:

Qualifications: University student, graduate, or qualified teacher (copies of qualifications required), with demonstrated expertise in Maths or English (ATAR/HSC results and achievements).

Right to Work: Applicants must have full Australian working rights or permanent residency

Compliance: Hold or be willing to obtain a current QLD Working With Children Check (Blue Card).

Commitment: Reliable, punctual, and committed to a minimum of 10 weeks of continuous classes (QLD school term time).

Experience: Proven experience in delivering programs to young people (teaching, tutoring, or mentoring), with the ability to adapt teaching methods to different learning styles.

Passion & Skills: A genuine passion for working with students of all ages, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and engage students.
