About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and delivery of innovative civil engineering solutions with a strong focus on sustainable infrastructure. You’ll collaborate with a passionate team to bring forward-thinking projects to life.

Key Requirements

Must hold a degree in Engineering

Minimum 2 years’ experience in sustainable energy and/or civil infrastructure projects

Proven ability to deliver projects from concept to completion

Strong understanding of environmental and civil regulations and compliance

Ability to coordinate all aspects of a projects to achieve project success including, time, cost, quality and stakeholder satisfaction

Knowledge of the relevant legislation, standards, and codes of practice

Expert negotiation skills

Demonstrated leadership skills to manage and supervise wider team

Ability to complete site audits and observations in line with WH&S requirements

Apply expertise in sustainable engineering solutions to enhance project outcomes

Integrate innovative practices that reduce environmental impact

Materials / Waste - On-site sorting; reuse excavated/recycled materials; local sourcing

Water Management - Rainwater capture; low-flow equipment; erosion control

Equipment/Emissions - Electric/hybrid machinery; sensors for fuel/energy tracking

Performance Tracking – Tracking of materials delivery and waste collections.

Energy - Portable solar installations; eliminate diesel generators

Site Planning – Low impact development principles; minimal grading; preserve vegetation
