About the role

Australian Ground Technologies is seeking a talented Graduate Civil Engineer to join our dynamic team in Rouse Hill, NSW. As a part of our team, you will gain exposure in the design, development, and delivery of large scale infrastructure & civil projects across Metro Sydney predominately around Western Sydney.

What you'll be doing

Assist senior engineers in the design and analysis of civil

Designing and delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions across a variety of projects.

Managing project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.

Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align project goals.

Applying your technical knowledge to solve complex engineering challenges.

Staying current with industry trends, standards, and regulatory requirements.

Conduct site inspections and surveys to gather data and assess project requirements

Contribute to the ongoing development and improvement of our engineering processes and procedures

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in engineering software, such as AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Must have full Australian work rights
