About the Role:
This is a full-time position based in Adamstown where you'll play a key role in supporting our valued customers. In this role, you’ll enjoy a mix of customer conversations and administration duties to keep things interesting and dynamic.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Answering inbound customer calls and creating sales orders within our dedicated customer service team.
• Handling customer inquiries with care and ensuring every interaction is positive and helpful.
• Facilitating outbound marketing programs to connect with existing clients (no cold calling required!).
• Helping out wherever needed to support our awesome team and ensure smooth operations.
