Located in Glen Innes in the beautiful Northern Tablelands of NSW, Roseneath Aged Care Centre is a 75 bed facility that promotes a inclusive work environment. We are a stand alone facility providing residential care for 75 senior Australians with 24 hour Registered Nurses.

Qualifications & experience

Current Certification with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency

Tasks & responsibilities

Coordination and delivery of individualized resident care through competent management of human and physical resources.

Work cooperatively as a team member.

Work within level of skill, scope and knowledge

Practice Duty of Care.

Demonstrate flexibility in work practices in order to support colleagues and meet the changing needs of the facility.

Perform clinical assessments

Follow best practice. Perform safe and critical thinking.

Communicate effectively.
