The Role

We are looking for an Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic team. This is a hybrid role, with a mix of in-clinic sessions, mobile visits and telehealth. You’ll work with a diverse client base, including adults and older adults, supporting functional independence, participation, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.

Deliver therapy sessions both in-clinic and in clients’ homes.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (physiotherapy, speech pathology, psychology).

Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

Engage with families, carers, and support networks to maximise client outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Accredited Occupational Therapist with current AHPRA registration.

Experience in adult rehabilitation, NDIS, or home-based therapy is highly desirable.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Reliable, organised, and comfortable working independently in the community.

Passion for improving client outcomes and delivering high-quality care.
