Funeral Consultant – Arranger & Conductor
Location: Ridgehaven & Queenstown
Employment Type: Full-time- on site (working from home not an option)

As a Funeral Consultant, you’ll guide families through life’s most tender moments, arranging and conducting services with clarity, care, and professionalism. The pace is dynamic and the responsibility significant, but so is the privilege: helping create dignified farewells that truly matter.
Key Responsibilities
Meet with families to arrange funerals and memorials
Assist with coffin/casket, urn, and plaque selections
Coordinate suppliers and cemetery staff
Conduct services and manage related logistics
Complete documentation, permits, and admin tasks
Participate in the after-hours on-call roster (one week in five), responding to phone enquiries and coordinating urgent needs outside standard hours
Support services as a Funeral Assistant & Transfer Assistant
What You’ll Bring
Empathy, attention to detail, and strong communication
Commitment to safety, teamwork, and respectful care
A current driver’s licence
A national police check
