• Different location Sydney CBD | Close to Museum Station or Orchard Hills
• $130K Package | 4-Month FTC or Hourly Rate
• Immediate Start Preferred

The Role:

This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership and an in-depth understanding of payroll systems, processes, and compliance. You'll be based at their Head Office near Hyde Park or in Orchard Hill.

• Lead end-to-end payroll processing and ensure compliance with local laws and company policies
• Manage outsourced provider and maintain accurate payroll records
• Drive process improvements, system upgrades, and audit preparation
• Support HRIS implementation and advise on system best practices
• Mentor and guide payroll team members, delivering timely feedback and support
• Stay across payroll legislation, tax updates, and award interpretations (no EAs or awards in place currently)
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Extensive payroll experience (ideally across outsourced models)
• Confident leader and hands-on operator
• Able to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of ADP (Payforce) and SuccessFactors a bonus
• Comfortable managing manual timesheets and working with external audit partners
