The Role

Lead daily retail and trade operations

Coach and manage a team of 3 to 5

Drive customer satisfaction, showroom standards and stock control

Build relationships with local customers and trade accounts

Work directly with the business owner, not a head office

What You Will Bring

Retail, trade or automotive experience

Confidence leading people and owning performance

A current driver’s licence

Local residency within 45 minutes of Dubbo, or willingness to relocate
