Our Wanneroo café is a fast-paced, community-focused venue, and we’re on the lookout for a passionate Duty Manager to join our leadership team.

About the Role
As Duty Manager, you will be the go-to person for smooth daily operations. You’ll lead the front-of-house team, ensure our high service standards are met, and keep the venue buzzing with positive energy. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, problem-solving skills, and eye for detail will shine.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and support FOH staff during shifts

Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve any guest issues promptly

Manage opening and closing procedures

Oversee cash handling and POS reconciliation

Maintain venue presentation, cleanliness, and safety standards

Communicate effectively with kitchen and management teams

Assist with rostering and stock control as required

About You

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory hospitality role

Excellent communication and people skills

Calm under pressure and solutions-focused

Strong organisational and time management skills

RSA certification & WA Approved manager

Available to work a rotating roster including weekends and public holidays
