You get the chance to rotate through our diverse business areas, as well as other WA public sector agencies. Your customised rotational plan is designed to maximise your learning, development, and professional connections.
In partnership with the Department of Mines, Petroleum and Exploration (DMPE) and the Department of Energy and Economic Diversification (DEED), you will benefit from prioritised rotations across both agencies, including shared networking and learning and development opportunities.
We also collaborate with the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation (DWER) to facilitate rotations that give diverse regulatory experience.

As a Graduate, you will receive:
Permanent appointment, with a 6-month probation period.
A structured 18-month program with rotational opportunities through our diverse business areas, as well as other WA public sector agencies.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for 7 graduates who:
Have completed their degree in 2023, 2024 or by December 2025 (in a discipline relevant to the position you are applying for);
Have a strong willingness to learn, collaborate with team members and stakeholders, and have excellent research, analytical, and written skills;
Proactively build strong working relationships;
Apply their knowledge, skills and experience to problem solve;
Ask clarifying questions to achieve results;
Recognise the role they play in a team; and
Take responsibility of managing their work.
