- Salary range: $107,960 to $115,604 p.a. (Nurse Grade 6, Band 1)
- 4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading

About your opportunity
The community Clinical Nurse - Rehabilitation Transition and Outreach will work with the Multi-Disciplinary Team (MDT) and provide nursing leadership and expertise to support and coordinate community integration and support across the rehabilitation program. This will specifically include working closely with MDT consumers and carers across the rehabilitation stream and with key stakeholders within North Queensland.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent certification and registration with AHPRA.
Highly desirable:
- Credentialed status (or willingness to undertake and complete requirements) with the Australian College of Mental Health Nurses.
- Possession of or working towards a relevant post-registration and/or tertiary qualifications in mental health nursing.
