About the role
Reporting to the Program Director, this role supports a large-scale separation program and ERP implementation. Working closely with finance, IT, and project teams, you will deliver BA activities, oversee testing, and drive process improvements across the finance function.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead business analysis activities across finance and ERP streams
• Coordinate and execute testing phases for ERP implementation
• Partner with finance leaders to identify and embed process improvements
• Document business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in finance transformation and ERP implementation projects
• CA/CPA qualification and prior experience in a finance role
• Strong business analysis skills across requirements gathering and process mapping
• Experience with testing and change management in large programs
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
