This thriving general practice in Portland, VIC is growing fast, with 5 GPs on board by September, supported by a strong admin and nursing team. The clinic is committed to providing high-quality, patient-centred care, and offers a friendly, professional, and supportive workplace.

With in-house pathology, visiting allied health support, and modern software systems (PracSoft & Medical Director), this is a great opportunity to join a progressive and collaborative clinic in a beautiful coastal community.

Role 1: Registered Nurse – Full Time

• Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:30pm (no weekends)
• $40–$45/hr + super (depending on experience)
• Duties include wound care, chronic disease management, care plans, immunisations, and pre-employment medicals
• Must have general practice experience (hospital-only backgrounds not suitable)
• Confident working independently while collaborating with the GP team

Role 2: Practice Manager

• Ideally experienced in managing a medical clinic (no micromanaging required!)
• Proactive, highly organised, and confident overseeing both clinical and admin workflows
• Pay rate negotiable (around $50/hr + super, flexible for the right person)
• Lead and support a team of 5 admin staff and 2.5 nurses
• Play a pivotal role in driving efficiency, patient care, and team culture
