Leap Health Physiofit is seeking a Physiotherapist to join their friendly Launceston team. This role suits both new graduates looking to start their private practice career and experienced physiotherapists ready to contribute to a supportive, well-regarded clinic.
The Position
Leap Health Physiofit is looking for a Physiotherapist to join their team in Launceston, Tasmania. This role is perfectly suited to a new graduate commencing their first private practice position, with senior clinicians providing guidance and support to ensure a strong start to their physiotherapy career. Experienced physiotherapists are also encouraged to apply and would fit seamlessly into the team of 10+ clinical staff.
The clinic offers a flexible work roster, with all notes, programming, reports, and meetings included within work hours. There is capacity for a full-time physiotherapist, however part-time arrangements can also be accommodated. Professional development is strongly encouraged and supported both in-house and externally, with a professional development scholarship available annually for employees to further their learning.
The Role:
Provision of evidence-based physiotherapy services
Opportunities to work with specific client groups
Tailored caseloads to suit areas of clinical interest
Skills Sought:
Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain complete and accurate clinical documentation
Demonstrated experience interacting with a wide range of people

Essential Requirements:
Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy
Current full AHPRA registration (or working towards)
Current Australian driver’s license
CPR & First Aid certificate

What’s on Offer?
Salary: $75,000-$115,000 (pro rata)
