As part of this, the Company owns the Sulphur Springs copper-zinc-silver project in WAs Pilbara region, the Woodlawn zinc-copper project in NSW and the Pioneer Dome Lithium Project in WAs Eastern Goldfields.

The second plank of DEVELOP's strategy centres on the provision of underground mining services. As part of this, DEVELOP has an agreement with Bellevue Gold (ASX:BGL) to provide underground mining services at their Bellevue Project in Western Australia.

Woodlawn Zinc-Copper Project

Develop's Woodlawn zinc-copper project is located in the world-class Lachlan Fold belt in NSW, 250km south-west of Sydney.

Woodlawn is a producing mine with the first two years of underground production already developed and a near new processing plant and related infrastructure in place and operational. Additional investment in the asset over the last two years has yielded a new underground exclusive mine plan, backed by reserves for the next ten years.

The Opportunity: Mine Mechanical Tradesperson

DEVELOP are currently seeking an experienced Mine Mechanical Tradesperson to join our team during a critical phase of growth as we continue to ramp up production into 2026.

Reporting to the Mechanical Supervisor-Processing, the primary function of this role is to ensure the planned performance and integrity of fixed plant assets are maintained at the lowest practical life cycle cost within the Fixed Plant Maintenance section of the Processing Department.

Your main responsibilities as a Mine Mechanical Tradesperson will include:

• Work as part of the Fixed Plant Surface Mechanical Maintenance Team, focusing on planned, preventative, and breakdown maintenance activities. Your role involves maintaining and repairing fixed plant assets such as crushers, mills, flotation plants, pumps, and filters.
• Ensure any plant issues, reports & handovers from your shift are communicated with your Supervisor, Leading Hand & cross shift team members prior to departure from site.
• Maintain statutory records for all equipment in the fixed plant.
• Execute work and ensure correct history recorded in Pronto by good communication.
• Detailed notes on the actual task completed and recorded on the work order.
• Accurate recording of man hours on the work order.
• Accurate recording on work order of parts used to complete the tasks.
• Order parts and equipment for all unplanned jobs as necessary, returning any unused parts back to their designated areas.

The Requirements of the role:

• Minimum of 3 years mechanical experience, preferably within the mining industry.
• Mining experience is not essential and applicants from other industries are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates without mining experience may be considered if they can demonstrate: A minimum of 3 years post-trade mechanical experience, and detailed evidence of relevant and comparable mechanical skills and aptitude.
• Valid and relevant Trade Certificate.
• Computer literacy, including experience with integrated management systems, word processing, presentations, and spreadsheets.
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to foster a collaborative work environment.
• Ability to train and share knowledge in alignment with the department?s training matrix.
• High attention to detail in all aspects of work.
• Commitment to safety, including identifying and addressing hazards.
• Effective communication skills across all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain or exceed best industry practices.
