We are a busy CNC machine shop manufacturing high-quality aluminium components for fencing companies across Australia. We are seeking a motivated and reliable factory hand to join our production team.

About the Role:

You’ll be working in a hands-on environment, assisting in day-to-day production tasks including:

- Operating and monitoring the automatic saw
- Using vibratory polishing and drying machines to finish products
- Stacking and boxing finished components
- Unloading incoming material deliveries from trucks
- General factory cleaning and sweeping to maintain a safe, tidy workspace

What We’re Looking For:

- Energetic and fit, able to handle physical work in a factory environment
- Good attention to detail and willingness to learn new processes
- Punctual, reliable, and able to work to daily deadlines
- Comfortable working in a team environment
- Forklift licence is a bonus (but not essential)
