We’re now looking for a dynamic and strategic Head of Growth & Sales to lead our customer engagement, sales strategy, and data-driven expansion into the next chapter.

The business is comprised of a friendly and supportive team of 10 people who will assist you in your training and career growth.
About the Role
This is not your average sales role. You’ll be at the forefront of EzFurn’s growth—nurturing key relationships, uncovering new opportunities, and turning data into action. Working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, you’ll lead initiatives that directly impact the company’s top-line and customer experience.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Managing and deepening relationships with our top clients.
Proactively identifying and onboarding new customers via smart outreach strategies.
Analysing monthly sales data to spot trends and translate insights into targeted growth actions.
Collaborating with our Inventory Manager to ensure we’re stocked with what sells—and discontinue what doesn’t.
Supporting product development by sourcing feedback on new designs and prototypes.
Coordinating regular customer visits alongside our customer service team to showcase new ranges and build loyalty.
Working hand-in-hand with our Marketing Team to elevate our digital and print collateral, website content, and product photography.
About You
We’re looking for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on hustle.
Proven success in a B2B sales, growth, or business development role.
A natural relationship builder—customers love you, and your team respects you.

Commercially sharp, with the ability to interpret data and drive smarter decisions.
