BLC Cosmetics (Beauty Loves Community) is a leading distributor of premium skincare, haircare, and wellness brands to salons, spas, and retailers across Australia and New Zealand. We’ve recently transitioned to running our own warehouse and are building a reliable and capable team to support our growing operations.

The Role

We are seeking a hands-on and reliable Casual Warehouse Storeperson to join our Sydney-based team. Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, this role will support the day-to-day running of the warehouse, including receiving stock, order picking and packing, and operating forklifts for unloading/loading.

This role is ideal for someone who is safety-conscious, physically fit, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders (wholesale and eCommerce).

Safely operate a forklift and reach truck to load/unload pallets and move stock.

Assist with incoming goods: receiving, checking, and storing stock.

Help maintain accurate inventory through stock checks and cycle counts.

Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety requirements.

Work as part of the team to ensure same-day/next-day dispatch targets are met.

Support ad-hoc warehouse duties as required by the Warehouse Manager.

About You

Current forklift licence (essential).

Previous warehouse/storeperson experience preferred (retail, wholesale or eCommerce).

Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 15–20kg.

Strong attention to detail and reliability.

Safety-focused and team-oriented with a positive attitude.

Flexible and available for casual shifts as required.
