As we expand nationally, we’re seeking a Salon Business Support Manager to help drive the clean colour movement across Sydney.

About the Role

Working closely with our National Sales & Education Managers, you’ll:

Represent OWAY and SOPHIC across Sydney.

Build strong partnerships with salon owners, managers, and teams.

Identify and conquest growth opportunities and develop tailored solution's for new and existing salons

Provide ongoing support, training, and resources to help salons succeed.

Collaborate with Dean & Claire on strategic growth plans.

Champion our values of sustainability, wellness, and performance.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in sales & business development within the salon industry (min. 3 years).

Passionate about sustainable beauty and supporting salon growth.

A true hair enthusiast with strong communication skills.

Skilled at nurturing relationships and spotting opportunities.

A self-starter who thrives in a flexible, dynamic environment.

Based in Sydney, with some travel required.

Holder of a valid Australian driver’s licence + reliable vehicle.
