DCB Carpentry & Construction is seeking an experienced Final Trim Operator to join our team on upcoming mining construction projects. We specialise in large-scale mining camp construction and site infrastructure projects across Western Australia.

About the Role

We are looking for skilled and safety-focused operators with proven final trim experience to assist in the delivery of high-quality civil and construction works in mining environments. The successful candidate will operate a range of plant and equipment to perform detailed earthworks, site preparation, and finishing to exact specifications.

Key Responsibilities

Operate final trim machinery (grader, excavator, loader, skid steer etc.) with precision.

Perform detailed earthworks to design specifications and tolerances.

Conduct pre-start checks and maintain equipment in good working order.

Work safely in line with safety requirements.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of work completed.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Final Trim Operator in civil or mining construction.

Competency tickets / VOC for relevant machinery.

White Card (Construction Induction).

Current driver’s licence.

Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening.

Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and quality workmanship.
