Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective tenants with property information
• Conduct open homes and private inspections
• Respond to rental enquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits
• Qualify applicants through processing and reference checks
• Prepare tenancy applications, lease agreements, and documentation
• Keep property listings current across online portals
• Coordinate marketing activities such as photography and advertising
• Follow up with prospective tenants to secure leases
• Build strong relationships with tenants, landlords, and contractors
• Assist with general office administration and compliance tasks

What You’ll Need

• 6–12 months experience in a leasing, reception, or property management support role
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration (essential)
• Reliable car & current driver’s licence
• Strong people skills and a professional, energetic attitude
• Ability to multitask and stay organised in a fast-paced environment
