What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to phone & email enquiries from prospective tenants
• Scheduling & running open homes via IRE
• Conducting property inspections
• Processing rental applications quickly & efficiently
• Preparing leases via Realworks
• Setting up new tenancies in PropertyMe
• Liaising daily with our friendly, collaborative team

What we’re looking for:

• An upbeat, confident personality — you’re a “people person” through and through
• Well-presented and professional with strong communication skills
• Previous leasing or real estate experience is ideal, but not essential
• A positive attitude — no mood hoovers, thanks!
• Ability to work Monday–Friday (8:30am–5:00pm) plus 2 hours on Saturdays (TIL during the week)
