The Role

As a Marine Technician at Seatech, your duties will include:

Servicing & maintaining marine engines and drivetrains (mainly Volvo Penta and similar)

Diagnosing and repairing engine & vessel systems

Maintaining marine generators (Kohler, Onan, and others)

Re-powering vessels

Maintianing vessel oprating systems

Performing on-water testing, collections, and deliveries

Communicating clearly with both the team and customers

Work can be performed on and offsite in marinas or at customers location

What We’re Looking For

Qualified mechanical tradesperson (marine background preferred, but other mechanical trades welcome)

Experience with engines drivelines and 12v electrical systems

Excellent diagnosis and troubleshooting skills

Strong work ethic — self-motivated, reliable, and a team player

Passion for boats and being on the water

Valid driver’s licence (boat licence a plus)

Brisbane-based applicants are also encouraged to apply as we have plenty of clients in the area!
