Platform Lead | Azure | Integration & Cloud Architecture | Docklands | 3-4 Days in Office

What you'll do:

Lead the design, development, and optimisation of our integration platform and core applications

Work hands-on with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, Event Grid, API Management, Cosmos DB and other cloud services

Define and implement modern integration patterns (synchronous/asynchronous, pub/sub, request/response)

Deliver reliable, scalable, and secure solutions using microservices and event-driven architectures

Mentor engineers, set technical standards, and guide best practices

Partner with vendors and stakeholders to deliver high-impact platform initiatives

Troubleshoot and design solutions for complex integration challenges

What you bring:

Strong technical expertise in Azure services and cloud-native architecture

Experience applying integration design patterns (point-to-point, hub-and-spoke, loose coupling, idempotency)

Hands-on background in microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems

Proven ability to integrate legacy on-premises systems with cloud platforms

Proficiency in modern development stacks (C#, .NET, Java, Node.js, or similar)

Solid CI/CD, DevOps, and containerisation skills (Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform)

Strong communication, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills
