About the role

One Pot Catering, a leading catering company in the Hospitality & Tourism industry, is seeking an experienced Chef to join their team in Ramsgate, NSW. As a full-time Chef, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality, delicious meals for a variety of catering events and functions. MUST have valid NSW drivers licence

What you'll be doing

Preparing and cooking a range of menu items to the highest standards

Ensuring food is presented beautifully and served on time

Working closely with the catering team to deliver exceptional customer service

Maintaining a super clean, safe and organised kitchen environment

Adhering to all food safety and hygiene regulations

Assisting with menu planning and development as required

Ordering of all produce for next day orders

Some event work as Chef

Leading the team we want a born leader who cares about what they are producing

Some deliveries to clients as needed

What we're looking for

Proven experience as a Chef, must have experience in a catering or events environment

Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques and presentation

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure

Passion for using fresh, high-quality ingredients

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Food safety certification and understanding of relevant regulations
