About the opportunity
Our client operates a highly regarded independent college and has built a state-of-the-art Early Learning Centre (less than five years old) to complement the College. The centre is fully equipped with modern conveniences, thoughtfully designed for children aged 0–5. Children are offered flexible educational programs alongside specialist opportunities, including Gymbaroo, Languages Other Than English (LOTE), Values Education, and Hey Dee Ho.
Staff here are supported not only by a collaborative teaching team but also by the broader College, including access to professional counsellors, speech pathologists, and specialist support staff. An in-house Chef prepares nutritious meals daily for children, with staff also enjoying freshly prepared meals throughout the day.

Think strategically and creatively to solve challenges, foster continuous improvement, and develop and implement policies and procedures.
Build and maintain strong relationships with staff, children, families, and the broader school community.
